Mortgage Contracting Services Asset Management (MCSAM) is a Division of Mortgage Contracting Services, a Tampa-based national property preservation company.  MCSAM offers a full-service solution for investors who have either purchased or are interested in purchasing mortgage assets, and need a vehicle to service the loans from purchase to disposition (cash to cash). 

The primary goal of MCSAM is to leverage existing core competencies, utilize existing partnerships with industry leaders, and establish formal arrangements with premier mortgage service providers, in order to offer the highest quality asset management services on mortgage investments.  These mortgage assets include performing loans, non-performing loans, and REO.
